2002 f225txra charging issue

#1 I think I have a charging issue on my right f225. I took the boat out yesterday after getting it back from the shop an I new the batteries weren't fully charged but several times i would look at my guage an it would say 12 volts an be blinking, even seen it drop all the way to 11.6. The volts would go up but they never made it up to where they should be. What could the problem be?

Could be a poor connection, a defective gauge, a defective rectifier/regulator or a defective lighting coil. Maybe something else I cannot think of at the moment. Where are those younger guys with their better memories?

What was done at the shop? That would be the first question that comes to my mind.

I had a problem with my left motor, was a big ordeal not gona post details but I had this problem before. Told them to check it out but they didnt. Ima check all connections first and go from there
