Any idea why my 2001 two stroke 115 TXRB operates fine at RPMs upto 3900 but above that upto full throtle it will eradically jump between 3900 to 5200 to 4700 to 4200 to 5000 etc...every second. Operates smooth below 4000 though. RACOR did show some water in fuel but not bad. Third set of new plugs.it started doing this just too trips ago. Every time i fuel I add stabil and ring free. Thanks for any help.
