to lean or not to lean.... a carb 1994 txrs 200

I was wondering how far is enough for this setting. The book gives a 3/4 on sb and 1 1/4 on port. If you go say a 1/4 turn more (where this motor seems to run better) will there lasting harm to say, the pistons? Just do not want to get to far out of specs. thanks.

on that model , that screw has NOTHING to do with oil.

it also does not lean nor enrich the mix.
it allows more or less of the A/F mix that the pilot air and pilot fuel jets meter.
run it.
