I have a 1997 Yamaha 150 Saltwater Series 2 stroke (Model S150TXRV) that currently has a Faria analog tach. I would like to install an analog tach with oil and temp lights. Will a Yamaha 6y7-83540-90-00 Tachometer work on this engine. The Trim and Oil Harness (-2004 Engines) 68F-82553-80-00 is already run from the engine to the console. Do I need any other wiring besides this harness and the existing tach wiring? Is there a way to install separate oil and temp lights and still use the existing tach?
