Yamaha hpdi 250hp idle rougth

Hi,how are you.i have a 04 Yamaha hpdi 250hp i changad the low pressure fuel pump with the gaskets,the filter in the clear cup,the strainer,the filtre of the electric fuel pump incide the vst tank,i change the micro filter at the injectors and still the idle is rougth.i am thinking the microfilter at the high presume pump but i want to know if at idle those filter cojos case idle rougth

Have you in this order

synced the throttle valves, requires a test cable
adjusted the throttle cable
adjusted the throttle position sensor

Usually a fuel starvation issue will show itself at higher RPM,s.
