I have a new issue with my 2001 200hp ox66 saltwater series. When i try to get up on plane without any help from trim tabs and i stiff arm the throttle, the rpms drop out then up then down..its equivalent to me taking the throttle and going back and forth with it.. If i baby it and ease into it, i can get it on plane with no issues. Also, once on plane i have no issues. It will go top speed and max out at 5200 rpm without an issue. Today i changed the spin on filter and the cup type filer that is mounted on the side of the motor. Im thinking fuel but who knows. I have a video that I'm going to try to attach.
