tilt and trim

Just finished overhauling my "new" boat. I have twin 150 motors. Added a new shifter and dual key switches. The tilt button on the shifters makes both motors lift but only one will descend. the switch on the hood will run the motor in both directions. Any wire color advice?

There are only three trim wires
Red is volts positive
Green is down trim
Blue is up trim
There is multiple connections at control box
