Tach settings

I have this tach on my boat. It has 2 dip switches on the back does anyone know the settings for them. At wot my tach is only reading 2400 but engine is reving way faster than that. Any help is greatly appreciated.

it would probably help if you said what model motor you are connecting the tach to...

It’s hooked up to a 94 70hp 2 stroke. The tach only has 2 switch’s not 3. I found plenty of instructions for 3 switch setting but none for 2.
