sometimes engine has full power! sometimes engines rpms will only reach 3800 at full throtle .Difference in speed of boat is conciderable. There is no predicting when this will occur.cold or warm has no effect. PLEASE HELP! could it be some solenoid is bad?

A fuel problem could cause that, carbs,fuel pump or fuel restriction. The ign can also cause loss of rpm's pulsor coils, ign. coils or CDI unit
