Yamaha 50hp 2 stroke not spitting?

I have a Yamaha 50hp 2 stroke outboard motor that's not spitting. I cleaned out the tube, took the tube off and nothing is spitting out of the motor itself. Tried cleaning that out but nothing. Because of this when running with the ear muffs on, the over heating warning sound buzzes within minutes. Please help.
