Help with stuck bolt for tilt trim assembly

I need to remove the lower bolt that the trim and tilt assembly pivots on. I got the nut on the left removed but cannot nock it to the other side. to get the other nut off. I would like to remove it to make it easier to work on. The screws that hold the anode on and the ground wires have both broken off. I should not have tried to remove them. Anyway if i could get that bolt through i could get the anode replaced alot easier also. I did not know if there was a trick to get it off or its just stuck. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Nevermind i got it. Nothing a little pb blaster and some patience cant get.
