150hp ox66 rpm surge

Lately my 2000 150hp ox66 rpm surge when I hit a wave .
I be cruising at 4000rpm hit a wave rpm drop a few 100
then surge up to 4400 And back down to 4000.
It happen every time I hit a wave . It almost sound like the
prop pop out the water. I have change vst filter , service and clean the
O2 sensor. I have 2 new LP fuel pump that I'm
planning to change out . If anyone have any info
or how to repair this issue please let me know.

I would recheck vst contents

I change the vst filter about 4 month ago.

If you use ethanol.....check monthly
