Yamaha Gauges

I have 2 yammy's 1993 250 2strokes that have the old LCD analog multi-function speedo gauges.I want to upgrade to a pair of digital multi-function speedo gauges and was wondering if I could use them with some type of adapter assy for the harness's to make it work.Any ideas if it is possible to do it,and what else would I need to do it?? I would also like to add Tach gauges too.Thanks for any input!
