1999 100 up Yamaha not pumping enough gas

My outboard suddenly stopped and did start after stating for a couple of hours but does't seem to be getting enough gas been suggested that I should replace diaphragms in gas pumps Asthis happened suddenly could it be a partially clogged line or filter . If it is diaphragms where could I purchase
