engine not revving above 2200rpm, cleaned all 3 carb, found bug wings in the 3rd carb. put them back together, motor ran great then lost a bit of power. noticed fuel spewing out of the top carb. i'm guessing float needle stuck cause I made sure all screws were tight ????? any suggestions guys. oh- I think i'm gonna install a foam type mesh over the intake to prevent another bug wing clog.
