2008 YAMAHA 15 HP 4-STROKE

MFG: MADE IN JAPAN
Anyone have a 2008 Mfg. Repair Manual with recommendations, name of specific parts, and photos?
Problem 1: Thottle sticks at idle and will not advance from slow to high speed. Have to remove the cover and assist throttle by pushing the "Neutral Slide" forward.
Problem 2: Throttle sticks at speed from high to low such that changing the gear is not possible. Have to remove the cover and assist by pushing the "Neutral Slide" rearward.
All throttle parts independently slide/spin freely. When parts are together, there is a "hickup" at the notch of the rotating cam such that spinning the tiller handle (throttle) becomes impossible.
Photos below to aid understanding. Names of parts would be helpful.
