anybody know the ohm specs for the charge coil, pulser coil, and pulser coil assy-(crank sensor)? the engine is a 1991 4hp 4mshp 2 stroke, top mounted fuel tank.
the problem is low power under full throttle, runs rough up high, fouling plugs, seems like weak ignition. hotter=worse. i cleaned and rebuilt carb, new- multiple plugs, coil, cdi, compression test, fuel mix, diff. fuels and premix, cleaned tank out and pet**** valve, etc. As i learned more about these engines now (after burning money) looks like my headache is under the flywheel. so if anybody knows the specs please help me
