Trim/tilt issues

Trim wint out ,took off and pulled motor.collumbater was black, cleaned and reassembled. System worked so reinstall and wet tested resulting in failure after a few runs. Took t/t back off and discover that collumbater was black again,but opon further inspect discover hyd fluid in motor housing concluding that seal on motor had failed or i improperly bled system out resulting in back pressured fluid to bypass seal.at this point should motor be relaced.it wasmaking quite a bit of noise.
