Tilt and Trim Harness

I just bought a 2001 F40Z 4-stroke on a pontoon boat. The manual refers to an optional tilt/trim gauge. Teleflex has a trim gauge for Yamaha OBs. There is a square female fitting under the motor cowl that I believe will connect to the gauge. Can I just buy a trim harness and the teleflex to have a functioning T/T meter? If so, where's a good place to buy a harness?

The part number for Yamaha's trim harness is 68F-82553-70-00 and you can order it online here at boats.net. You might compare the cost of 6YR-W0035-E1-00 1 gauge mutifunction tach kit that comes with tach, trim gauge, hour meter, warning lights and all the wire harness.
