Last trip, noticed my PTT was sticking so gave it a little manual push and up she went. Launching for next trip she would not go down or up = motor works, sounds "different", but no movement at all. First thought is low oil but no leaks noticed and where the heck do you add it and if so does it require bleeding? 08 models with 11200 hrs. Suggestions? Thx.
