Hey,
Just bought a boat with a 1992 yamaha c55elrq outboard. It stalls as soon as it gets to low idle. I emptied the tank and put new fuel, yamalube and ran it for a while and it still won't idle. I don't have a user manual for it therefore I don't even know what the proper oil to fuel mixture is... guy said 50:1? or what the spark plug gapping should be. Any help would be great... Also if there's something else I can run through the fuel to clean it out what you would recommend.
