I have a g3 v167 angler with an 02 F60T cant get boat to plane out with wife and kid and seems only the fist half of throttle does anything only about 13 mph is what it will do put them out and get about 30 mph same thing on throttle seems sluggish on last half of throttle are these motors that weak if not any ideas

Has it ever run properly?

Sounds like it is broke and needs attention from a Yamaha shop
