SAME PROBLEM - 2002 yamaha 250 ox66 STARTER problem?
I am having a similar problem to the one posted in another thread re: starter problems, wherein my starter does not seem to be getting enough power. Battery is brand new, all cables are fine, etc. When checking the voltage during the "redneck" jumper cable test i am only getting just under 6 volts, which is not enough to spin/fire up. The starter clearly works, but doesn't seem to be turning fast enough. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance for any help.
