Nav./ dash lights

Have round digital gauges (6y5-2828-32 tach) when running at night and the nav. lights are on ,all 3 of my gauges will be of different levels of brightness.Any way to make them the same level on brightness. No problem with the backlight of the gauges,just the brightness of the gauge lights at night.
