tilt and trim not working on an f60

the tilt and trim only work in the up not going down ...any suggestions
clicks once when trying to put it down ...goes up just fine

sounds like a ptt relay,, you can switch the wires on the relay or switch and see if it goes the other way. easy diagnosis..
