need help 2004 yamaha 115 trouble

I have been trying to figure it out it started with a slight miss at 3/4 throttle it will set off the alarm and i shut it down for 5seconds and the alarm is off and ready to take off again and if you don't go over 30 mph about 4 thousand rpms it will run all day no problem.I first changed water pump and therostats .I had changed the plugs 3months ago .About 3 years ago i did away with oil injection and mix my own oil.thank you for any thoughts.

Do you have Yamaha gauges with warning indicators, if so what warning is showing on gauge?

Not other than rpm and speed fuel . But I pulled the plug sence i posted and they were wet so i got new ones and i ran it 52hundred rpm's for 3 miles and it fixed it seems like .No i have it on a 18ft express hippersport hull .
