replacing F100A to F115

A friend of mine replaces his F115 with an F150 and he offered me the F115from 2007 with low hours for a reasonable price - but the motor comes without cables , harness , gauges or controls .
On my boat I have currently a F100A from 1999 - still with carburetors .
Can somebody tell me whether I can just swap the motors and can connect the F115 injection motor to the existing harness / controls ??

Yes your rigging will work except for trim gauge if you have one will need to replace it.

The original analog gauges I changed already years ago to the round digital type wuth integrated trím gauge - so seems like an easy swap !

You would need 6Y5-85335-00-00 Adapter Harness installed at tach to get those gauges to work with newer model motor.
