bushing replacement? 1985 70hp ELTK

I have a 1985 70hp eltk outboard. the bushing that is in the top of the PISTON SUB ASSEMBLY on the tilt piston shaft (part # 688-43810-01-00) is shot. is there any replacement?

I cant seem to find it anywhere, so I am looking to purchase something within specs from energysuspension.com. they seem to have a HUGE selection of bushings and if I find the right one I think it will work.

If I do go that route, should I be getting a soft, medium, or heavy duty bushing.
