I just swapped my 94 Yammy 250 with a 95 Yammy 250 and used my lower unit on it (recently rebuilt), as it was a LH rotation (now RH). The 95 has good compression (110 even across the board) and all cylinders are firing, but on my shake down cruise, I felt it vibrate on deceleration for WOT. My 94 did not shake. This caused me to check the cylinders with a timing gun for spark and all were firing. I ran it in the driveway once I got it home and the engine has good snap to it when hitting the throttle. Any thoughts on the vibration?
