6Y8-82521-51 not plugged in?

I have an 06 f150 that i just had repaired due to the water pressure sensor leaking.When i was checking it out i found a wiring harness coming from the command link gauges (5y8-82521-51)that is not connected to anything.Should this plug be connected?If so where to,i cant find a plug to connect it to?
