Yesterday at Sea the motor ran fine for about an hour than it started cutting out or sputtering at anything over 2100 rpms. I changed the fuel water seperator it ran fine up to 3800 rpms. All the fuel pumps were replaced 6 months ago. Any suggestions?

Debris in the main jets on the carbs. Pull the brass bolt looking things out of the bottom sides of each carb, those are the main jets. Inspect them for any debris or blockage of the orifice openings and spray some carb cleaner in them to clean them out. Inspect the O-ring seal at the small end of each jet for tears, cracks, or distortions, replace the O-rings as necessary ($5 at the dealer...). Spray carb cleaner up into the carb bowls through the main jet openings to flush out the bowls. I recommend Berryman's Chemtool spray carb cleaner, you can find it at Walmart or most autopart stores. Careful not to strip the main jets when you reinstall them into the carb bowls, they are only soft brass. Good luck.
