F225 Problems

2002 Yamaha F225:Started having problems, at idle speeds up to 2500 rpms, with motor starving for fuel and cutting off.Motor ran fine at higher rpms.Problem occurred even when hooked directly to a portable fuel tank bypassing external fuel/water filter.Primer bulb replaced.Checked first fuel/water filter on motor and F filter(between LPP and VST) and all looked good.I then put in an inline fuel pump(paralelling bulb) to keep everything primed while running at the lower rpms.The problem went away.Now after several hours of problem free operation(at all rpms) the motor has started quick shaky surges at 4400 rpms and above.Both problems appear to be fuel/filter related so I plan to replace all three filters(VST,F,and fuel/water) located on the motor.In addition to the filters,and the VST gasket,what other parts will I need(o-rings,etc.)?Any help is appreciated.

Probably need to remove and clean VST and possible fuel injectors.
