02 40 hp 2 stroke misfiring

]2002 f40tlra two stroke 40hp carbs.
always starts well, number one cyl. often fires out exhuast. number two fires normaly, likley to be the reason its nunning at all. number three fires on time some but also either earily or late. sometime firing into crankcase or making eng knock. anyone with a clue please!!

might be lean sneeze you are talking about, as I do not know of what would cause motor to fire only some cylinders at the wrong time
