I'm getting water in my gear case oil and want to replace all the seals in the lower end and replace/rebuild the water pump while I'm in there. Could you verify my parts lists: I am unsure if I need both pump kits and if the seal kits include any of the parts listed separately.

don't need chrome water pump kit and the seals and o-rings are included in gasket kit.
