Currently have the Yamaha 10 micron filter for my F225 and have unfortunately had some water problems. Is this filter "re-usable" after it has filled once with water? Also, can you recommend a Racor filter that features a viewable bowl?

I wouldn't use it if it filled with water. Not sure if the element retains water or not. The Racor elements do not.
I would suggest you take a look at the Racor 3214 or 3213 filter with the plastic bowl.
The plastic bowl model is only supposed to be used for outboard applications where the filter is not located in an enclosed space.
The numbers I listed above are for the replacement elements.
If you need the whole assembly, the part number will be 120R-RAC-02 or 320R-Rac-01 depending on the maximum gallons per hour your engine(s) use.
Check this site out for specifics.

You can get the Racor filters from West Marine and other places.
I have used them for more then 10 years on my boats, and haven’t had a fuel problem since.
They also make a pretty good fuel stabilizer.
Aloha..........
