115 int power loss

can run full throttle at full power till i back out of it re throttle runs rough

only will pull to about 2900 shut off key restart throttle full right to 4900

had injectors cleaned rail pressure 34 to 45 checked and cleaned all grounds

and hots i am heavy equip diesel tech 35 yrs dont normaly do spark lit engines

Don't know what model 115 you have but needs to checked with computer diagnostic for fault codes and sensor data.
