recently I installed a new 250 power head in place of the 225, All the accessories are off the 225. It runs good but I am worried if the ECM needs to be up dated as well as the fuel system. All help will be appreciated. Thanks Much

I know the carbs are different but not sure what else, you might compare parts between the 2 models to see what is different.

My Bad, should of said so. It is a E.F.I. no carbs
