Warranty ??

I bought my boat with a 115 on it with 68hrs.How can I get a hold of Yamaha to get the warranty put in my name? Supposedly the motor was just registered to the original owner 2 weeks before I bought it.They showed me online that the motor has a factory 3 year warranty,and yamaha would be sending some paperwork to put it all in my name, since I haven't got it yet I fiqured that someone dropped the ball.
