i have a c60tlry, when i bought the boat it had been sitting for 5yrs. so the steering was stuck....really stuck. so i unbolted the sides of my cable and found that the cable inside the sheath wasnt stuck it was just the arm inside the motor mount that actually turns the motor. so i was forced to remove the motor from the boat and cut the cable and pull the whole pin that holds the motor on. this is the same pin that the end of the steering cable goes into. problem is that the steering bar is stuck so much in the pin that i cannot get it out no matter what i try and need help with a way to remove this or how do i find another pin?? most importantly does anyone know what this (pin) is really called. again its the same rod that the motor tilts up and down on and the steering goes through.
