increasing power on 2004 tlrc50

how do i get more power out of my 04 tlrc50. ive been told that maybe i could get some carbs off maybe a 60 of 75 model motor as the blocks are a probably the same. i am aware that a prop change would help also. but was trying to increase the hp as well. any help or suggestions will be appreciated.

You were told wrong.
If you want more HP then buy a bigger HP motor

Yes you can put 70 carbs on your motor it will help, so will reeds, tuner, get a head that has been worked, prop, and set the boat up and you will see more speed.
