1992 Yamaha 70 - Rough at 1000 rpm

I recently performed the "Seafoam" treatment as per Ken's instructions. It made a big difference however the only remaining problem is that at 1000 rpm the motor is not so smooth. Go up to 1100 or down to 900 and the motor is fine. Any ideas?

ideas yes, dont cheat your motor of the fuel it deserves and clean the carbs.
