Tilt & trim problem

I have been having a problem with my trim going down, It will trim UP just fine, but it doesn't want to go DOWN !! I've replaced one trim relay part ##
68V-8194A-00-00 This part didn't fix the problem. What should I do now,Replace to other trim relay Part ##68V81950-00-00 ????

Does it work on the motor? Mine stopped working on the remote, but continued to work on the motor. This will help diagnose if it is a switch problem or not.

When the trim works the same on the helm as on the motor ?? You buy a new trim relay for $251.16 Problem solved !
