1996 85 tilt cylinder

Assuming I can remove this cap are there parts to replace the cap and seal ? The parts guide seems to show that the whole center unit needs to be replaced. The only caps I see are for the tilt pistons. Also it appears that the top seal does not hold in any pressure because the seal has slid up the piston but the motor holds in the up position?

No the cap for tilt ram is not sold separator would have to buy piston sub assy.
