Speedometer Hose Nozzle

Yamaha 2000, 115 TLRY 2-stroke outboard , Lower gear case, Plastic speedometer hose nozzle broke off inside case. Seems to be glued-in with some sort of compound.
I have tried spraying the area with penetrating oil and trying to back it out with a screw extractor. This is the first time the unit has been disassembled. Help!

It shouldn't be glued in may have to drill or chip out.

Thanks. Went out and bought a larger screw extractor. Worked like a charm. I don't know if the penetrating oil helped.
