Yamaha 225 excel 1989 outboard

I have purchased an Arco 941 starter solenoid, the parts rep. that sold it to me had cross ref. # yamaha 61A-81941-00. This does not match the part # on this site.. 6E5-81941-11-00 , The tech. name for it on this site is Starter relay assy. I also really need the circuit diagram for proper installation. Please help??

You received the correct part if it was crossed from a 61A-81941-00-00 (a SS of 6E5-81941-11-00). The install should be straight forward. The wire leads can only connect one way. The main power wires should not matter.

Thanks a lot .. How can a man get wiring diagrams for yamaha outboards? Looked all over with no luck.
