Battery for 2010 F150 TXR

I just purchased a HydraSport 2100 W/A last August with a Yamaha F150. It came with Interstate size 27 batteries that have 1000ca 800cca 180rc which are what the Yamaha owners manual suggests. I have a pair of optima blue top size 27 with 1000ca 800cca 140rc that i would love to use. Can I? Does the difference in reserve capacity make a difference?

Yamaha doesn't recommend a Gel Cell or sealed maintenance free battery, not compatible with charging system.
The minimum battery requirements are 512 CCA with 182 min reserve.
