Leaking vent plug

New to the forum....

I just had my prop shaft changed along with the lower unit seals. When I pulled it out of the water this weekend, I was leaking oil out of the vent port and the plug wasn't secure. The seal that you can see was spinning freely. The oil looked like it had water in it. I have a 2008 250 hpdi. Should I just replace the plug, seal and lower unit oil? Thanks

i personally, would take it to the shop that did the repair
