99 200vmax what are safe rpm's

I have a 200vmax serial P200TLRX it has a 25 pitch yamaha pro prop, it will turn 5200 rpms on my 202pro v blazer bass boat. It gps at 64.5. How can I get more rpm's or is it safe.

Book says 4500-5500 rpms is the range. Try dropping to a 23 pitch prop if you're running a 25 now. Do you have a jackplate? Might raise it a little.
