Speedometer gauge has no power

Hi all, I have a 2002 ox66 2stroke 260hp with the round digital gauges. When I turn the keys witch to ON the tach turns on and cycles but nothing happens with the speedometer. Which wires do I test to see if it gets power? Both inline fuses appear to be good. Thanks

check the connections on red/grn/blk/yel harness from keyswitch
