1990 30hp yamaha 3 cyl. carb. adjustment

Can anyone tell me how to set my adjustment screws on my carbs. for my 30 yamaha 3 cyl. I have been fileing out my top plug every couple of tanks. I mix the oil myself because I removed the oil injection years ago I recently cleaned the carbs and didn't pay att. to how many turns they were. Any help will be greatly appreciated thanks.....

#1: 3/4 ± 1/4 turns out
#2: 1-3/4 ± 1/4 turns out
#3: 1 ± 1/4 turns out

Straight out of the manual! I usually start with 1 1/2 turns out on each cylinder then make finer adjustments as its running.
